The New 12-inch MacBook
Compared tots siblings, the new MacBooks the thinnest and lightest;t’s also generous onts storage – both ROM and RAM. However,t only has one port andt’s underpowered with the Intel Core M CPU. Alsof you noticed, the price of the new MacBooks similar to the 13-inch MacBook Pro, why? It’s because the MacBook’s value liesnts style and portability while still packing a Retina Display, 8GB RAM, 256GB flash storage and claimed no compromisen battery life.
Who should buy the new 12-inch MacBook?
- Users who value style and portability;
- Users who need more mobility;
- Users who want a good laptop but do not need heavy processing power (great display, enough storage for a lot of things, force touch trackpad, still great backlit keyboard).
Who shouldn’t buy the new 12-inch MacBook?
- People who use a lot of ports (for memory cards and other cables);
- Heavy application users;
- If you need higher resolution front-facing cameras.
MacBook Airs still Apple’s most affordable laptop, but that doesn’t meant’s not a great buy. They barely bring any compromisen power and ports compared to the new MacBook. However, that’s basicallyt. Its Apple’s all around laptop for everyone – the middle ground MacBook – you get enough power and enough portability.
CheckWho should buy the MacBook Air?
- Users who need a balance between power mobility
- Users looking for the most affordable Apple laptop
- Users who need very long battery life

This 13-incher makest a jam-packed notebook with a lot of latest technologies. On the other hand, the 15-inchers just pure power. The price skyrockets to a hundred thousand and also double the weight of the new, 12-inch MacBook.

- Users who need large storage capacities
Who shouldn’t buy the MacBook Pro?
- Users who value portability mobility
My suggestion on which MacBooks right for you
I’d save up for the updated 13-inch MacBook Pron any way I look att. The new MacBook lacks a lot of power, and the Air does not please with the lack of a Retina Display and a Force Touch trackpad. You’d get the 13-inch for the same price as the 12-inch Macbook but a lot more powerful.
